TLT strongly believe in the assessment and accreditation of security personnel by promoting and using proven assessment methods in the workplace against recognised occupational standards. All partners and employees of TLT have gained nationally recognised D32/33 and D34, Assessor, Internal Verifier and External Verifier awards, they are also in the process of upgrading their awards to the new Assessor and Verifiers awards, (A1 and V1).

By assessing, reviewing and consulting with our clients we are able to advise and guide them on issues that relate to their requirements:

TLT are a recognised and approved centre for City and Guilds, we are able to offer training at A1 and V1 standards for Assessors and Internal Verifiers. TLT also have many years of experience in training with regards to NVQs, to offer induction training to candidates who wish to take up the NVQ level 2 or Level 3.

TLT are able to cater to all clients needs and can respond to any request that relates to the internal verification, assessment, support and guidance that clients may require, we are also able to develop and write standards that clients may require for the development and assessment of their employees.
